Condition:
Leather surfaces exhibit advanced wear: areas of dryness to front edges of seats closed tears separation of piping along seat and a 1 in loss to right edge of backrest. Reverse of backrest shows a notable closed tear 2 x 3 inches in size. Wood surfaces have been cleaned and present well. Additional images available upon request.
